Little sister of the Corsaro, the 9 1/2 also marks the return of Morini on the market, and more particularly that of the sporty roadster. The manufacturer presents her as the descendant of the legendary 3 1/2. In the trellis frame is housed the twin of the Corsaro, slightly deflated so as not to give too much shade to the big Morini. The latter being more intended for the (very) high-end, the 9 1/2 will rake a wider audience, competing directly with the Monster 1000 and S4R, SV 1000 and other roadsters in the segment. Compared to the big 1200, this machine is equipped with only one silencer, with a design similar to that of the MT-01, a swinging arm and a different fender, a twin saddle -place in one piece, with a specific tank but always with a large section inverted fork. The twin is advertised for 117 hp and 10 mkg of torque, plenty of fun riding an Italian with a respectable name.
