You know the refrain: we give you this, you want this. With the MV-Agusta Brutale, it’s a bit the same. 144 rather temperamental nags, it calms most tarmos! But some still want more. For them, the MV-Agusta Corse (competition section) therefore designed the Brutale 1090 Cannonball, an additional kit for the roadster, exclusively intended for competition.. Just enough to turn the machine into a cannonball (the name is well chosen).

New electronic management, cylinder head, camshafts (nastier), valves and exhaust line in titanium, the 4 cylinder is highly optimized to deliver more watts, and more everywhere. At its peak, it shamelessly spits 165 horsepower, about twenty more than the standard Brutale 1090. But above all, we have under the elbow a more fulfilled power curve, with 140 cannons at 9,000 rpm, and 160 at 10,000 rpm. The torque remains the same, at over 11 mkg.

Like any special series of MV, this brutal is equipped with noble elements: carbon everywhere, and if that is not enough for you, the manufacturer of Varese puts at your disposal what to make a Cannonball “à la carte” with multiple elements in carbon or ergal. There is even on the official website a 3D configuration program to create your own bike (but you have to look and not just a little).
