The Italian Polizia Stradale has renewed its two-wheeler fleet and put 90 new Yamaha FJR 1300 into service.

The new large tour models from Yamaha replace various BMW boxer models of the type RT, which had previously served as company vehicles. Yamaha offers the FJR 1300 has long been available as a specially developed variant for authorities.

The new Italian police machines have a typical color scheme in blue and white.
