SENA

The device overview from SENA.

SF series:

If you prefer to be on your own and really only want to stream music, take calls or have the navigation system played in the helmet and really only want to communicate with the passenger, that is primarily enough for you SF1. This is useful for communicating with another driver SF2 on; for small groups of up to four drivers can then use the SF4 or that SFR (particularly slim and flat) can be communicated effortlessly via the HD speakers.

10 series:

For those who would like to capture their tour for posterity by video in 4K quality, the camera / communication combination seems to be 10C EVO to be the optimal choice. This means that the video can be underlaid with the intercom audio track or the music from the mobile phone while filming, and a preview function on the mobile phone is also possible.

20 series:

It is made for groups of up to eight drivers 20S EVO or that too “invisible” SRL2, which both offer operation by voice command.

30 series:

For those who prefer to travel in even larger groups or simply want to benefit from the mesh network technology, it starts with 30K, the first mesh device from the Sena family. Sena’s mesh network is characterized by a high level of user-friendliness, as the devices no longer have to be paired and automatically searches for lost connections, so that the group can travel flexibly. Robust and reliable communication with an unlimited number of drivers, if desired, is guaranteed and can even be expanded to 9 different group channels with Mesh Intercom 2.0 (50 series).

50s series:

With the 50S or. 50R it then continues with Mesh 2.0 and Bluetooth 5.0. The newly developed HD speakers offer rich and clear sound, voice commands and access to digital assistants such as Google or Siri simplify control and the response time in intercom mode has been improved for an even smoother conversation experience.

Smart helmets:

At the Momentum EVO, a full-face helmet with mesh technology or both open face helmets Savage or Econo the communication system is already integrated into the helmet shell, so that nothing else has to be attached from the outside and yet nothing has to be dispensed with.

Do you prefer to ride alone or in a group??

Preferably alone. I just need the navigation in my ear!

Groups are the best and communication on the tour is the be-all and end-all!

A little bit of information: All users of Sena Bluetooth devices that work well with what they have, but want to connect to a Sena Mesh user, there is the +Mesh Bluetooth to mesh adapter. In the future there will also be the + Mesh Universal, with which non-Sena Bluetooth devices (Cardo, Midland, Interphone etc.) can also be connected.

Have fun choosing and #RideConnected through the season!
