As the American traffic safety authority NHTSA announced, must zero Recall 64 motorcycles from the 2021 model year in the US. The DS, DSR, FX, FXS, S and SR series are affected. The corresponding motorcycles were manufactured between August 19 and October 5, 2020. It is not yet known whether this recall also affects machines in Europe.

Voltage converter can overload

In a few cases, a defective voltage converter cannot provide sufficient DC voltage, so that the loads attached to the vehicle electrical system such as ABS, instruments and lighting can cause an overload. As a result, the assemblies can fail. This can lead to a fall.

Zero will write to all owners of affected machines and ask them to come to the workshop with their motorcycle. The voltage converter is then exchanged when visiting the workshop. Zero puts the conversion time at around 30 minutes.
