The Italian manufacturer MV Agusta is revising another model with the F3 Rosso. Like the other three-cylinder models, the super sports car is also suitable for Euro 5 and has new electronic features.

Most of the changes that now include the MV Agusta F3 Rosso for the 2021 model year are already from the facelifted versions Brutal, Superveloce, Dragster and Turismo Veloce famous.

The F3 also gets new frame cast plates, which should make the chassis noticeably stiffer. The three-cylinder, which is friction-optimized in many respects, is trimmed to Euro 5 with a revised injection system, a completely redesigned exhaust system and a newly tuned engine management system. The top output of 148 hp at 13,000 rpm was retained. The maximum torque, which remains unchanged at 88 Nm, now occurs at 10,100 tours (500 earlier than before). For even faster gear changes, the F3 relies on a revised quickshifter and a modified clutch basket.

ABS is suitable for bends

MV has also stepped up in terms of electronic equipment. Based on a completely new electronics architecture, the F3 now offers ABS and traction control with cornering function, an anti-wheelie function, launch control and cruise control.

The 5.5-inch color display now communicates with the MyRide app via Bluetooth, thus integrating smartphones. The app can be used to navigate, settings on the motorcycle are possible, and journeys can also be recorded, analyzed and shared.

Otherwise, the F3 Rosso remains true to its super sporty design. For the model year 2021, the MV Agusta is wrapped in an even red color dress (Ago Red) and combines this with a black engine, black rims and copper-colored tailpipes.

MV Agusta does not name prices for the new F3 Rosso. So far it has been available from 17,490 euros. The previous sports version RC is also not mentioned in the information from Varese. Maybe it will fall out of the program.

Conclusion

MV Agusta has also updated the last three-cylinder series with the F3 Rosso. The super sports car now manages Euro 5 and comes with cornering ABS.
