Mid-displacement roadster with lightning-fast claims, the Shiver takes its time to convince the market. It has not yet invaded the streets, although its technical sheet and its performance (once the injection has been corrected since early 2008) destine it to become a formidable twin roadster.. A powerful 750 cc twin-cylinder, Ride By Wire technology, 3 engine management maps, tubular trellis frame and combat fork … Yum yum !
Just for fun? Who would be tempted to believe it will find nothing more to say with the appearance of the GT version. A few appendages and here’s a street-fighter ready to hit the road. Main modification: the transplant of a fork crown. Its integration is rather successful, and if it softens the profile of the SL 750, its high screen will be a plus for post-arsouilles rides or simple trips requiring a bit of protection. The Shiver GT also gains an engine spoiler, and the optional dual-channel ABS. What to enjoy in peace of its 95 horses and its beautiful torque of 8.25 mkg. The beast should swell by 3 kg, not much more, which would bring the scale to around 192 kg; and the price increases by some 400 euros.
