Ducati news: the Monster celebrates its 20th anniversary in Cologne

The Monster 696, 796 and 1100 Evo "20th Anniversary" are distinguished by their bright red paint and the gold treatment of many components, as on the very first Monster.
The tubular trellis frame, brake calipers and fork sleeves receive this "gold" color, as do the brake and clutch master cylinders on the Monster 1100 Evo only..
The visual references to the original Monster do not end there: the mirrors and the seat adopt a typical style of the 90s, while the headlight support is chrome. Finally, "20th Anniversary" stickers on the back cover distinguish this special series..
The fact that Ducati is celebrating 20 years of the Monster saga at the Cologne Intermot 2012 owes nothing to chance, since it was precisely at the German motorcycle show that the very first offspring of this motorcycle was discovered in 1992. turbulent family, the Monster 900.
